Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, and there is no fee to cancel your subscription. However, you may need to provide Perch with 90 days written notice prior to your requested termination date and it may also take longer than this in certain states to remove you from a project. We’re required to submit your cancellation request to the utility company and can only do so during certain time periods throughout the year. You’ll remain responsible for your subscription during that process until you are officially removed. We will keep you updated during the process.
